It’s almost the end of the school year due to Covid-19 pandemic there will be no gathering to host a farewell party. No get together to celebrate, reflect upon their year together, and celebrate their colleagues who are departing at the end of this school year.
In this difficult time of the year, you can still share some laughter, shed some tears and celebrate your time together by hosting a virtual farewell party. It can be done through a zoom meeting, google meet or Skype for business video conference.
There’s no easy goodbyes but you can write them heartfelt farewell messages or make a farewell video to make them feel that their departure will be a big loss not just on a professional level but also on a personal level too.
